Situated on Caldbeck Common with spectacular fell views, this delightful stone holiday cottage was converted from the farm byre in 2002 and adjoins the owners farmhouse. Well equipped and furnished, the holiday cottage has an open log fire making it a superb year round retreat.

Ideal for peace and quiet yet an excellent base for the Northern Lakes, Solway, Hadrian's Wall and the Scottish Borders.

There are two luxurious bedrooms - one double and one twin, with a main bathroom (with shower) upstairs and a shower room downstairs. Downstairs, there is a spacious lounge with open fire, dining kitchen (Microwave, Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Cooker). Oil-fired Central Heating. All fuel, power, bed linen and towels included.
