This traditional little agricultural gem, nestled on the northern edge of the Lake District National Park, is a firm favourite with visitors and exhibitors alike. 

Offering a wide range of family friendly activities and attractions, you are sure to find something to suit everyone, all in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere.

Following a sensational 2025 Show with fantastic attendance, we look forward to again welcoming some of the top livestock breeders & handlers from the North of England and Southern Scotland.

With an array of trade stands, craft tent and classes for working dogs, pet dogs, children’s fancy dress, horticultural and industrial sections, there is most definitely something for everyone. 

The day will again culminate with Champion of Champions and Grand Parade followed by the infamous Hesket Newmarket Terrier Racing and Cumberland Wrestling with classes for all ages and abilities.

9:30am: Young Handlers Cattle & Sheep

10.30am: Beef Cattle
12 noon: Foxhounds & Terriers
1pm: Sheepdogs, Gundogs, Pets & Vintage Machinery
2:30pm: Champion of Champions
2:45pm: Grand Parade
3:30pm: Terrier Racing
4pm: Cumberland Wrestling
